One Stop Service – Fully project Managed
Touchstone Builders can provide you with a one stop design and build service. You don’t need to go anywhere else. This is of use if you are new to the area. We work with local hospitals and Universities to help make your new home building works as smooth as possible. May of our clients are from overseas or out of town and are reliant on a one-stop service. We have an onsite foreman, contracts manager and a project manager who fully manage every stage of your job.
If you already have plans or prefer to use your architect, we are happy to work alongside them.

Touchstone Builders have worked in many conservation building and grade one and two listed buildings. We are experts at restoration projects and have worked on some grand designs.

Fixed Prices
Touchstone builders will provide you with a detailed quote and all works will be priced within that, there will be no price increases and we will honour the price in the contract for the specification detailed on the agreed contract.
